Varietal Information

Chardonnay

Chardonnay is a green skinned dry white wine grape that originates from the Burgundy wine region of eastern France. Chardonnay itself is neutral and tends to be medium to light bodied with notable acidic flavors from the region grown.

Gewurztraminer

Gewurztraminer is a rose skinned semi-dry to sweet wine grape that originates from Alsace France. This wine is noted for its full texture, low acidity with stronefruit and spicy flavors.

Pino Grigio

Pino Grigio is a rose skinned dry white wine grape that originates from the Burgundy wine region of eastern France. Pino Grigio  can have a punchy acidity with flavors of citrus, apples and honeysuckle.

Riesling

Riesling is a white skinned sweet wine grape that originates from Rhine Germany. Riesling wines tend to have apple and fruit tree notes with noticeable levels of acidity.
